Who has to draw up the home-to-work or home-to-school travel plans?
Enterprises and public administrations with individual local units with more than 100 employees located in a regional capital, a metropolitan city, a provincial capital, or a municipality with a population of more than 50,000.

When are HTWs and HTSs to be delivered? To whom?
Plans are to be delivered by December 31 each year to the City's Area Mobility Manager.

Who has to draw up agile work organization plans?
All public administrations.

How much does it cost for MUV to consult on drafting the Plans?
Since this is a dedicated consultancy, the cost depends solely on the number of locations with more than 100 users but does not varies according to the number of users.

In what does MUV's counseling consist?
The counseling includes 3 training meetings (online), production of the plan, semiannual updating of the plan with additional 3 (online) meetings in the following 12 months. Also included is the ability to use the MUV app for 12 months and monitor CO2 savings according to ISO 14064-2.

Are there any incentives from the state for drafting the Plans?
Despite the fact that these activities are key to responding to the pandemic and the pitfalls of climate change, at present the Italian state does not provide any incentives or support for the drafting of such Plans.

MUV is a socially oriented tech startup (and Pending B Corp) with the goal of turning safe and sustainable mobility into a sport. It encourages responsible and healthy behaviors, measures progress by certifying CO2 emission reductions, and, with the data collected, enables co-creation of mobility plans for entities, companies, and institutions.
