If I already have an account registered with my personal email, can I join the company community?
If you have registered a MUV account with a personal email, you can still join a company community without having to make any changes or create a new account. When you join your community, you will be asked to enter your work email. Once it is confirmed, you will be able to join the community.
Can I keep both my personal and my work account?
Each device can register a maximum of three different accounts.
Can I use two phones and/or two SIMs for the same account?
Certainly, the account is not linked to the phone or the SIM, so you can use the app and the same account on two different devices.
If I download the app, can I start playing straight away?
Of course!
Once I have downloaded the app, do I have to choose my workplace?
When you join your community, you will be asked to enter your workplace. If you use MUV with a personal account or outside the initiative, entering it is not mandatory.
Can I change my assigned workplace if I enter it incorrectly, or in the event of a transfer or a short period of work at another site?
Yes, you can change your assigned workplace by opening the DROP-DOWN MENU -> MOBILITY HABITS -> EDIT -> WORK -> enter the new address -> OK -> NEXT until you reach the main “MOBILITY HABITS” screen.
Do personal trips (not involving the workplace) earn points?
Of course! The frequent home-to-work trip earns bonus points, but personal trips also earn points.
Do trips made on public holidays and the days before them earn points?
Of course, MUV doesn’t go on holiday!
Can I view the trips I made even after a few days? If so, for how long?
Of course, at the end of each trip a summary of that trip will be created. On the home screen you can view your last 20 trips.
If I change means of transport during the journey, how can I change it in the app?
To change means of transport, just tap the PAUSE button, choose the new means of transport and resume your journey.
What happens if I declare the wrong means of transport?
MUV trips are validated segment by segment and then, when you press STOP, through a final validation process. If inaccuracies or conflicting data are found during this final check, the trip will not be considered valid.
What happens if I forget to stop the app when I arrive?
After about 6 minutes in which the app detects no movement, a notification will ask you whether you forgot to end the trip (unless you have disabled the “Smart Stop” notification).
If on my home-to-work journey I make a stop outside the shortest route, do I have to report it in some way or pause the app? If so, what happens if I don’t?
It is not necessary. The trip is considered valid if the start and end points correspond to the origin and destination points declared when setting up the home-to-work trip.
If I stop for any reason on my home-to-work journey, do I have to pause the app? If so, what happens if I don’t?
It is not necessary to pause the trip for short stops. After about 6 minutes in which the app detects no movement, a notification will ask you whether you forgot to end the trip (unless you have disabled the “Smart Stop” notification). However, if the waiting time is too long, this could affect the trip validation process.
During the challenge, can I see the scores of the other participants and teams?
Of course! Through the card on the home screen or the dedicated menu (the little flag next to the play button).
Since the app tracks my trips, will the company know from the information collected when I arrived at the office and when I left?
No. The data of users using the app will not be shared with the company except in anonymous and aggregated form. For more information, read our Privacy Policy.
Is the initial questionnaire anonymous or will it be linked to my name?
No. All data provided by users through the app will not be shared with the company except in anonymous and aggregated form and therefore cannot be traced back to any individual. The only personal information communicated to the company will be the email address, and only in the event of winning a competition, so that you can receive the prizes up for grabs and be informed about the award process.
