I MOVE GREEN 2 – Rules

1. Promoters
   This challenge is an initiative of MUV Srl SB and the Municipality of Avellino.
2. Duration
   From 10/10/2024 to 30/09/2025.
3. Territorial scope
   Italy, with particular reference to the Municipality of Avellino and the Campania Region.
4. Modalities of the initiative
   The challenge is reserved for workers resident or based in Avellino and neighbouring municipalities (maximum 100 users) who choose to use sustainable means of transport (bicycle, electric bike, walking) for home-work trips.

The mechanism for tracking and verifying sustainable trips is as follows:
● To track a sustainable trip, click on the “PLAY” button and select the sustainable trip mode chosen from those available. The modes supported by MUV are: on foot, by bicycle, electric bike/scooter, electric motorcycle/car, public transport and carpooling (nel caso di sfide che prevedono sistemi di mobilità specifici aggiornare la lista).
● Once tracking starts, information about the user’s position and activity is collected, which is essential for trip validation.
● During the journey, you can change the mode of travel by clicking on the “SWITCH” button and selecting the icon for a different means of transport.
● At the journey’s end, select “STOP” to interrupt tracking and start the automatic procedures for validating the trip and awarding points.
● Once the trip has been completed, you can view the details of your trip and the points you have earned on the dedicated detail screen. If the trip has not been validated by mistake, it is possible to request further verification through the “give us feedback” option on the trip detail screen or in the app’s side menu.

Remember that to allow tracking, you must have activated the location services on your device and that this functionality is used exclusively for the purposes of the game to validate the player’s sustainable movement and for possible statistical and research purposes.

The points earned by the player with each certified sustainable route are proportional to the distance travelled, and the mobility system adopted. Some bonuses proportionally increase the number of points earned according to weather conditions, altitude (only in the case of walking or cycling routes), peak traffic times, home-work or home-school routes, frequency of use of the app, and presence of MUV places.

The player can check their status in the game by accessing the Challenges section.
It is possible to request to unsubscribe from the challenge via the “give us feedback” button in the side menu.

5. Recipients
   Workers over 18 years of age residing in the municipality of Avellino and neighbouring municipalities, as well as workers based in Avellino, who use the permitted sustainable means of transport for the home-work route, can participate in the challenge.
6. Prizes
   The city of Avellino promotes sustainable mobility by rewarding the most virtuous citizens with a contribution of
   • Contribution per kilometre travelled: €0.20/km, with a maximum of €50 per month.

   To obtain the mobility bonus, it is necessary to register at least five routes on five different days each month. By doing so, you will unlock your wallet and can receive the incentive corresponding to the kilometres travelled.

   At the end of the project, after the final checks, the total contributions accrued will be paid out by bank transfer.

   6.2 Threshold kilometres:

   First threshold – 3,000 km in total; the first MUV badge will be awarded.

   Second threshold – 10,000 km in total; the second MUV badge will be awarded.

   Third threshold – 35,000 km in total; the third MUV badge will be awarded.

7. Monitoring and control
   The monitoring of the routes will be carried out monthly via the MUV app.
   The Municipality of Avellino reserves the right to carry out spot checks on the veracity of the information provided by participants.
   And the right to exclude from the challenge participants who do not respect the rules of the game or who use fraudulent practices to accumulate points.

8. Data Use and Privacy.
In order to allow the game to run, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the tracking of trips made via the app and the results of the game. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in the document https://www.muvgame.com/en/privacy-policy.
