The “Bici in comune” call for proposals offers Italian municipalities a unique opportunity to promote cycling and enhance their local area. In this article, find out the details of the call and why MUV is the ideal partner to design innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the required criteria.
Sustainable mobility is no longer an option: it is a necessity for Italian municipalities that want to improve their citizens’ quality of life. According to the ISPRA 2023 report, “Le emissioni di gas serra in Italia: obiettivi di riduzione e scenari emissivi”, 27% of CO₂ emissions in Italy come from transport, making it urgent to adopt local policies that encourage green ways of getting around such as cycling.
Through the “Bici in comune” call, every administration can access funding and implement concrete projects that promote a healthy lifestyle while enhancing the local area.
MUV supports municipalities along this path. As an innovative and sustainable startup, we are proving our ability to help public administrations turn mobility into a driver of positive change, combining technology, community engagement and gamification.
