25 June 2024
We are excited to announce, for the third consecutive year, our partnership with Cinema City Palermo as a Sustainable Mobility Partner. From July 15-23, turn your commute into an exciting game and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Cinema City, the open-air film festival organised by the Wilder Association, is back from July 18 to 24, and this year it does so in the striking Piazza del Parlamento at the Palazzo dei Normanni. Please take a look at the web link to follow all updates and the schedule of the 14 scheduled screenings.
With a new edition, MUV and Cinema City are launching the Cinema City Challenge 2024. For seven days, July 15-22, the collaborative challenge promotes responsible mobility and encourages Cinema City viewers to travel to screening locations using sustainable means.
Participating is easy and fun! Using the MUV Game app, viewers can accumulate points by choosing sustainable modes of transportation: walking, biking, using scooters, public transportation or electric vehicles. For those coming from further afield, they can share their trips by car (carpooling) with other participants.
Each sustainable move brings you closer to the threshold you need to reach to participate in the drawing of the best players who will win the prizes up for grabs: three Cinema City canvas bags and three seats in the front rows on the last night. Also, unique collectible badges attesting to personal commitment to the city of Palermo.
In addition, all trips, registered by the app from July 18 to 21, that have origin or destination towards Piazza del Parlamento Square will have a 100% bonus on the points collected. Check out the rules at this link.
At high-traffic events like Cinema City, mobility management becomes crucial. The Sustainable Mobility Partner partnership enables companies and event organizers to promote the use of sustainable transportation, reducing environmental impact and road congestion in the event area. The CO2 reduction, validated according to ISO 14064-2-2019, will contribute to the sustainability balance of the event.

Employees of INAIL, LIST, ISPRA, Fondazione Unipolis, Fondazione CRT and many others have already turned colleagues into sustainable mobility athletes and actively contributed to reducing emissions.
Whether it is a sustainability project for employees or sponsorship for our champions, companies and organizations play as well the game of change.
