4. How it works.
The “Play” feature relevant to the game is the tracking of a journey in progress. The journey tracking feature is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the travel choice made by the player, and for any statistical and research purposes. In this sense, it is essential that the player, in order to proceed in the game, has activated the geolocation function on their mobile device. Journeys on foot, by bicycle, by bus or by train are tracked as follows:
i. tap “PLAY” in the app and select the mode of trip you want to track: “on foot”, “bike/scooter”, “public transport”, “car-pooling”. The app will start tracking the route, saving some information useful for validating the route;
ii. During the trip you can change the tracking mode by selecting the icon for a different means of transport;
iii. At the end of the trip, select “STOP”; you will be able to view the details of the journey and check how many points have been awarded.
With each route completed, the player earns points.
Points are earned as follows:
You can request to be unsubscribed from the Challenge via the “Give us feedback” button in the side menu.

7. Use of Data and Privacy.
To allow the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the tracks of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in MUV’s privacy policy document.
Employees of INAIL, LIST, ISPRA, Fondazione Unipolis, Fondazione CRT and many others have already turned their colleagues into sustainable mobility athletes and actively helped reduce emissions.
Whether it is a sustainability project for employees or a sponsorship for our champions, companies and organisations are also playing the game of change.
