Rules of the “1st LIST Collaborative Challenge”

1. Organisers.

This Challenge is an initiative of MUV B Corp and LIST.

2. Duration.

From 22 March to 18 April 2022.

3. Geographical scope.

Luxembourg and neighbouring countries.

4. How it works.

The “Play” feature relevant for the purposes of the game is the tracking of a trip in progress. The trip tracking feature is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the travel choice made by the player, and for any statistical and research purposes. Accordingly, in order to progress in the game, the player must have enabled the geolocation function on their mobile device. Trips on foot, by bicycle, by bus or by train are tracked as follows:
i. click “PLAY” in the app and select the mode of the route you want to track: “on foot”, “bike/scooter”, “public transport”, “car-pooling”. The app will start tracking the itinerary, saving some information needed to validate the itinerary;
ii. During the route it is possible to change the tracking mode by selecting the icon of a different means of transport;
iii. At the end of the route, select “STOP”; you will be able to view the trip details and check how many points have been awarded.
With every itinerary completed, the player earns points.

It is possible to request to be unsubscribed from the Challenge via the “Give us feedback” button in the side menu.

5. Nature.

The Challenge does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to article 6, paragraph d.

6. Type and indicative value of the individual prizes on offer

Since this is a collaborative competition, there are no individual prizes of any value. Depending on the points earned by the entire community over the duration of the challenge, prizes proportional to that amount of points will be offered, specifically:

7. Use of Data and Privacy.

To allow the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the tracks of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in MUV’s privacy policy document.
