    This Challenge is an initiative of MUV B Corp and Dott.
  1. Duration
    From 22 June to 18 July 2021.
  2. Geographical scope.
    City of Palermo, Italy.
  3. How the initiative works.
    The “Play” feature relevant for the purposes of the game is the tracking of a trip in progress. The trip tracking feature is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the travel choice made by the player, and for any statistical and research purposes. In this sense, in order to progress in the game, it is essential that the player has activated the geolocation function on their mobile device. Trips on foot, by bike, by bus or by train are tracked as follows:
    i. click “PLAY” in the app and select the travel mode you want to track: “on foot”, “bike/scooter”, “public transport”, “carpooling”. The app will start tracking the route, saving some information useful for validating the route;
    ii. During the trip, you can change the tracking mode by selecting the icon of a different means of transport;
    iii. At the end of the trip, select “STOP”; you will be able to view the trip details and check how many
    points have been awarded.
    The player earns points with every route completed.
    Points are earned as follows:
    ● The player earns a number of points proportional to the distance travelled on foot, by bike, by scooter and by public transport, measured according to the route tracked via the app.
    ● There are bonuses that proportionally increase the number of points collected depending on: time of the trip, weather conditions, change in altitude.
    ● The Player can check their status in the game by accessing the Challenge section.
    You can request to be unsubscribed from the Challenge via the “Give us feedback” button in the side menu.
  4. Nature.
    The Challenge does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph d.
  5. Indicative value of the individual prizes up for grabs.
    At the end of the game period, the Players at the top of the overall points leaderboard will win the following prizes, each worth less than €25:
    ● 1st place: monthly pass (max. 100 rides of 30′);
    ● 2nd place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 3rd place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 4th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 5th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 6th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 7th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 8th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 9th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 10th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
    ● 11th place: daily pass (max. 15 rides of 30′);
  6. Prize delivery deadline.
    The vouchers are delivered immediately at the final end of the challenge in the “Prizes” section of the app. The monthly pass for 1st place lasts 30 days from the moment it is entered in the app and is valid until 31/8/21 inclusive. The daily pass for the top-ranked players lasts 24 hours from the moment it is entered in the app and is valid until 31/8/21 inclusive.
  7. Use of Data and Privacy.
    In order for the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating
    to the route of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in the document https://www.muvgame.com/privacy-policy/
