Rules “ISPRA Challenge”

1. Organisers.

This challenge is an initiative of MUV B Corp and ISPRA.

2. Duration.

From 24 October to 21 November 2022.

3. Geographical scope.

Italy.

4. How it works.

The “Play” function relevant to the game is the tracking of a trip in progress. The trip tracking function is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the travel choice made by the player, and for any statistical and research purposes. In this sense, it is essential that the player, in order to proceed in the game, has enabled geolocation on their mobile device.Trips on foot, by bike, by bus or by train are tracked as follows:
i. click “PLAY” on the app and select the mode of travel you want to track: “on foot”, “bike/scooter”, “public transport”, “car-pooling”. ii. During the trip, you can change the tracking mode by selecting the icon of a different means of transport;
iii. At the end of the trip, select “STOP”; you will be able to view the trip details and check how many points have been awarded.
With every itinerary completed, the player earns points.

Points are earned as follows:

• The player earns a number of points proportional to the distance travelled on foot, by bike, by scooter or by public transport, measured according to the itinerary tracked via the app.
• There are bonuses that proportionally increase the number of points collected depending on: time of the trip, weather conditions, change in altitude.
• The player can check their status in the game by accessing the Challenge section.

It is possible to request to be unsubscribed from the Challenge via the “Give us feedback” button in the side menu.

5. Nature.

As it has an eminently charitable purpose, this initiative does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph e.

6. Type and indicative value of the individual prizes on offer

As this is a collaborative competition, there are no individual prizes of any value. Depending on the points obtained by the entire community during the challenge, a donation will be made to FIAB in an amount proportional to the points threshold reached, specifically:

• first threshold – 80,000 points: once reached, a donation of €50 will be made to FIAB on behalf of ISPRA;
• second threshold – 120,000 points: once reached, a donation of €75 will be made to FIAB on behalf of ISPRA;
• third threshold – 160,000 points: once reached, a donation of €100 will be made to FIAB on behalf of ISPRA.

7. Use of Data and Privacy.

In order for the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the route of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current
