Rules “Libera Terra Challenge”

This Challenge is an initiative of MUV B Corp and Libera Terra.

4. How it works.
The “Play” function relevant to the game is the tracking of a trip in progress. The trip tracking function is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the travel choice made by the player, and for any statistical and research purposes. In this sense, it is essential that the player, in order to proceed in the game, has enabled geolocation on their mobile device.Trips on foot, by bike, by bus or by train are tracked as follows:
i. click “PLAY” on the app and select the mode of travel you want to track: “on foot”, “bike/scooter”, “public transport”, “car-pooling”. ii. During the trip, you can change the tracking mode by selecting the icon of a different means of transport;
iii. At the end of the trip, select “STOP”; you will be able to view the trip details and check how many points have been awarded.

It is possible to request to be unsubscribed from the Challenge via the “Give us feedback” button in the side menu.
5. Nature.
The Challenge does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to article 6, paragraph d.
6. Indicative value of the individual prizes on offer
At the end of the game period, the players at the top of the overall points leaderboard will win the following prizes:
7. Prize delivery deadline
The vouchers are delivered immediately at the end of the challenge in the “Prizes” section of the app and are valid until 31/12/22.
8. Use of Data and Privacy.
In order for the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the route of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in the document.
