LIST Collaborative Challenge

Luxembourg.

4. How the initiative works

The challenge is reserved for the community of LIST employees.

MUV assigns each player a certain number of points based on the sustainable trips made. To be considered valid, these trips must be tracked using the dedicated app function and subsequently verified by the service’s automatic algorithms.

Sustainable itineraries are tracked and verified as follows:

● To record a sustainable trip, simply click the “PLAY” button and select the chosen sustainable mode of travel from those available. The modes supported by MUV are: on foot, by bike, by e-bike/e-scooter, by electric motorbike/car, by public transport, by carpooling.

● Once tracking has started, information on the user’s position and activity will be collected, which is essential for validating the trip.

● During the trip, you can change the mode of travel by clicking the “PAUSE” button and selecting the icon of a new, different means of transport.

● At the end of the trip, simply select “STOP” to stop tracking and start the automatic procedures for validating the trip and awarding the corresponding points.

● Once the trip is over, you can view the details of your trip and the points earned in the dedicated detail screen. If the trip has not been validated by mistake, you can request a further check via the “Give us feedback” option in the trip detail screen or in the app’s side menu.

Please remember that, to allow tracking, the location services on your device must be enabled, and that this feature is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the player’s sustainable trip, and for any statistical and research purposes.

The points earned by the player with each certified sustainable route are proportional to the distance travelled and the mobility system used. In addition, there are bonuses that proportionally increase the number of points earned depending on: weather conditions, altitude (only for routes on foot or by bicycle), peak traffic hours, home-to-work or home-to-school trip, frequency of app use, presence of MUV places.

5. Nature

As it has an eminently charitable purpose, this initiative does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph e.

6. Prizes

IN THE CASE OF A COLLABORATIVE CHALLENGE WITH PRIZES

As this is a collaborative competition, there are no individual prizes of any value. Depending on the points obtained by the entire community during the challenge, a donation will be made to Natur&ëmwelt in an amount proportional to the points threshold reached, specifically:

● first threshold – 80,000 points: once reached, a donation of €200 will be made to Natur&ëmwelt on behalf of LIST;

● second threshold – 120,000 points: once reached, a donation of €400 will be made to Natur&ëmwelt on behalf of LIST;

● third threshold – 160,000 points: once reached, a donation of €600 will be made to Natur&ëmwelt on behalf of LIST.

7. Use of Data and Privacy

In order for the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the route of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in the document https://www.muvgame.com/privacy-policy.
