MOB Challenge – Group Exploration – Rules

1. Organisers
This challenge is an initiative of MUV B Corp and Fondazione Unipolis.

2. Duration
From 05/12/2022 to 26/12/2022.

3. Geographical scope
Italy.

The challenge is reserved for the MOB community.
MUV assigns each player a certain number of points based on the sustainable trips made. To be considered valid, these trips must be tracked using the dedicated app function and subsequently verified by the service’s automatic algorithms.Sustainable itineraries are tracked and verified as follows:

• To record a sustainable trip, simply click the “PLAY” button and select the chosen sustainable mode of travel from those available. The modes supported by MUV are: on foot, by bike, by e-bike/e-scooter, by electric motorbike/car, by public transport, by carpooling.
• Once tracking has started, information on the user’s position and activity will be collected, which is essential for validating the trip.
• During the trip, you can change the mode of travel by clicking the “PAUSE” button and selecting the icon of a new, different means of transport.
• At the end of the trip, simply select “STOP” to stop tracking and start the automatic procedures for validating the trip and awarding the corresponding points.
• Once the trip is over, you can view the details of your trip and the points earned in the dedicated detail screen. If the trip has not been validated by mistake, you can request a further check via the “Give us feedback” option in the trip detail screen or in the app’s side menu.

Please remember that tracking requires the location services on your device to be enabled and that this function is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the player’s sustainable trip, and for any statistical and research purposes.For more detailed information on how the app works and how tracking works, please refer to the “FAQ and tutorial” section in the app, as well as to the service’s terms and conditions of use.The points earned by the player with each certified sustainable trip are proportional to the distance travelled and the mobility system used. There are also bonuses that proportionally increase the number of points obtained depending on: weather conditions, altitude (only for trips on foot or by bike), peak traffic times, home-to-work or home-to-school trip, frequency of app use, presence of MUV places.The player can check their status in the game by accessing the Challenges section.

5. Nature
As it has an eminently charitable purpose, this initiative does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph e.

6. Prizes

There are no individual prizes of any value, but rather badges linked to reaching three increasing points thresholds. Depending on the points obtained by the entire community during the challenge, the virtual prizes will be obtained as follows:

• first threshold – 100,000 to 199,999 points: the first MUV badge will be awarded;
• second threshold – 200,000 to 399,999 points: the second MUV badge will be awarded;
• third threshold – over 400,000 points: the third and final MUV badge will be awarded.

7. Use of Data and Privacy
In order for the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the route of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current
