Rules of the “Natura Siciliana Challenge”

1. Organisers.

This Challenge is an initiative of MUV B Corp and Natura Siciliana.

2. Duration.

From 1 to 31 July 2022.

3. Geographical scope.

Europe.

4. How it works.

The “Play” feature relevant for the purposes of the game is the tracking of a trip in progress. The trip tracking feature is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the travel choice made by the player, and for any statistical and research purposes. Accordingly, in order to progress in the game, the player must have enabled the geolocation function on their mobile device. Trips on foot, by bicycle, by bus or by train are tracked as follows:
i. click “PLAY” in the app and select the mode of the route you want to track: “on foot”, “bike/scooter”, “public transport”, “car-pooling”. The app will start tracking the itinerary, saving some information needed to validate the itinerary;
ii. During the route it is possible to change the tracking mode by selecting the icon of a different means of transport;
iii. At the end of the route, select “STOP”; you will be able to view the trip details and check how many points have been awarded.
With every itinerary completed, the player earns points.
Points are earned as follows:

• The player earns a number of points proportional to the distance travelled on foot, by bicycle, by scooter, by public transport or by car pooling, measured according to the itinerary tracked via the app.
• There are bonuses that proportionally increase the number of points collected depending on: time of the trip, weather conditions, change in altitude.
• The player can check their status in the game by accessing the Challenge section.

5. Nature.

The Challenge does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to article 6, paragraph d.

6. Indicative value of the individual prizes on offer and limitations

Depending on the points obtained by the individual player during the challenge, prizes proportional to that amount of points will be offered, specifically:

• From 80,000 to 119,999 points: a 10% discount code will be offered to spend on the Natura Siciliana online shop;
• From 120,000 to 159,999 points: a 15% discount code will be offered to spend on the Natura Siciliana online shop.
• Over 160,000 points: a 20% discount code will be offered to spend on the Natura Siciliana online shop.

The prizes are provided by Natura Siciliana.

7. Prize delivery terms.

The vouchers are delivered immediately upon reaching the points threshold indicated above, in the “Prizes” section of the app.

8. Use of Data and Privacy.

To allow the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the tracks of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in MUV’s privacy policy document.
