LIST Cup

Rules “LIST Cup”

1. Organisers.

This tournament is an initiative of MUV B Corp and LIST.

2. Duration.

From 1 June to 24 July 2022.

3. Geographical scope.

Luxembourg and neighbouring countries.

4. How it works.

4.1 Team selection

The tournament is reserved for the community of LIST employees. Once one of the 6 Teams has been selected, you start playing and it cannot be changed for the entire duration of the initiative.

4.2 LIST Cup Tournament
With the selected Team you take part in the Tournament, which consists of two phases:

Each Team’s points are given by the sum of the points scored by the top 3 players plus the average of the remaining players.

At the end of the competition, the title of most sustainable Team is awarded to the Team that, having reached the final, wins the last scheduled match.

4.3 How to score points for the Team
The “Play” function relevant to the game is the tracking of a trip in progress. The trip tracking function is used exclusively for the purposes of the game, to validate the travel choice made by the player, and for any statistical and research purposes. In this sense, it is essential that the player, in order to proceed in the game, has enabled geolocation on their mobile device.

Trips on foot, by bike, by bus or by train are tracked as follows:

  1. click “PLAY” on the app and select the mode of travel you want to track: “on foot”, “bike”, “e-scooter”, “public transport”, “e-bike”, “electric/hybrid car”, “electric motorbike”. The app will start tracking the trip, saving some information needed to validate the itinerary;
  2. During the trip, you can change the tracking mode by selecting the icon of a different means of transport;
  3. At the end of the trip, select “STOP”; you will be able to view the trip details and check how many points have been awarded.

With every trip made and subsequently validated, the player earns points.

Points are earned as follows:

The player can check their status in the game by accessing the Tournament section.

The points collected by players playing for the same Team make up the Team’s score as follows:

+5% → 20 players

+10% → 40 players

+15% → 80 players

+20% → 150 players

+25% → 300 players

+30% → 600 players

+35% → 1200 players

+40% → 2400 players

+45% → 4800 players

+50% → 9600 players

At the end of the match, the team with the most points will have won the match.

4.4 Unsubscribing from the Tournament

You can request to unsubscribe from the Tournament at any time via the “Give us feedback” button in the side menu. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer be able to take part in the initiative and contribute to your Team’s score.

5. Nature.

As it has an eminently charitable purpose, this initiative does not fall within the scope of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph e.

6. Use of Data and Privacy.

To allow the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the tracks of the trips made via the app and to the game results. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy legislation, as specified in MUV’s privacy policy document.
