MUV SRL SB, with registered office in via Belgio, 8 90146 Palermo P. Iva 06837280822, company description, is organising through the MUV application the “FantaMUV 24/25” tournament that will take place from 10 August 2024 to 25 May 2025.
1. AIMS OF THE INITIATIVE
The initiative aims to educate citizens to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, promoting virtuous behaviour from a physical and environmental point of view, disincentivising the use of the car when superfluous by favouring walking and, at the same time, encouraging the public to use public transport and the most ecological means with zero emissions, such as bicycles and scooters.
By participating in the Championship, the participant authorises the promoter to publish his/her nickname in the rankings with the results obtained by the participants, visible in the appropriate section of the application.
This activity is considered excluded from the regulations on prize-winning events as it falls within the exclusion hypothesis provided for by Art. 6 of Presidential Decree 430/2001.
2. TYPE OF PARTICIPANTS
All users with an active MUV account during the activation period.
3. HOW TO JOIN AND THE MATERIALS REQUIRED
Registration is free of charge.
To participate, users will have to register on the accessible MUV platform and download the relevant app on their smartphone (registration can also be done via the app itself).
To register, users will have to download and access the App, register an account through Google, Facebook or Apple services or fill in the appropriate online form with the required personal data, subject to acceptance of the app’s terms and conditions of use.
Once the registration procedure has been completed, users who have downloaded the MUV app onto their smartphones free of charge will be able to take part in the various gaming activities planned.
In order to take part in the Championship it is necessary to access the Tournaments section, select “FantaMUV Championship”, the preferred TEAM with which you want to compete and accept these regulations.
20 different TEAMS will be proposed, associated with the same number of football teams present in the Serie A Championship for the 2024/2025 season.
Each user understood as a physical person, may only open one profile. Multiple profiles, if found, will be immediately disabled.
4. TERMS
From 10 August 2024 to 25 May 2025, based on the following schedule: Membership of one’s own Team from 31 July 2024, for the entire duration of the tournament. Closing date of the tournament: 25 May 2025. The tournament will be structured following the days of the Serie A football championship.
More precisely, there will be direct clashes between the teams on a weekly basis. The teams will challenge each other according to the calendar and times expressly provided in the special section of the app dedicated to the trophy, which will be updated from time to time.
Each match starts on Monday at 00:00 and ends at the end of the corresponding football match (the start and end of each match are visible in the app via a special countdown).
Users can at any time request to unsubscribe from the Championship via the ‘Give us feedback’ button in the side menu. Once users unsubscribed, they will no longer be able to participate in the initiative and be eligible for prizes.
5. HOW POINTS ARE ACCUMULATED
5.1 HOW TO JOIN
Each participant by clicking on the “PLAY” button at any time during the activation of the trophy, the user
of his or her App will be able to start tracking his or her movements. With each route taken, the player earns points.
The tracking features of the app are briefly summarised below. For more detailed information, please refer to the app’s Terms of Operation, available in the appropriate section of the app.
The journey tracking functionality is used solely for the purposes of the game to validate the player’s choice of the trip and for possible statistical and research purposes.
In order to function, the player must have activated the geo-location feature on their mobile device.
To activate the tracking of journeys on foot, by bicycle, bus or train, the user will have to click “PLAY” on the app and select the route mode to be tracked: “walking”, “bike/coach”, “public transport”, “carpooling”. The app will start tracking the route, saving some useful information for route validation purposes.
During the trip, you can change the tracking mode by selecting the icon for a different means of transport. At the end of the trip, select ‘STOP’ and you will be able to view the details of the trip and check how many points have been recognised.
The point acquisition modes are as follows:
The player earns a number of points proportional to the distance travelled on foot, by bicycle, scooter, pedal-assisted bicycle, motorbike and electric car, and by public transport, measured according to the route traced via the app.
There are bonuses that proportionally increase the number of points collected according to
route time;
weather conditions;
altitude variation;
peak traffic times;
home-work or home-school route;
smart-working day;
presence of MUV Places.
MUV Places coincide with the Italian stadiums of Serie A teams: players arriving at or departing from one of these stadiums will receive bonus points on the current weekly match.
Users can check their status in the game by accessing the Tournament section.
Points collected by players playing for the same team will contribute to the calculation of the team score.
5.2 HOW TEAM POINTS ARE ACCUMULATED
The points of each team are given by the sum of the points of the eleven players of the same team who have collected the most points and the average score of all other players.
At the end of each match, the best 11 of each team will receive the title of Best Player of the team.
The average score of all other players is subject to bonuses depending on the number of players supporting the team:
+5% → 20 players
+10% → 40 players
+15% → 80 players
+20% → 150 players
+25% → 300 players
+30% → 600 players
+35% → 1200 players
+40% → 2400 players
+45% → 4800 players
+50% → 9600 players
Players can check their status in the game in real-time by logging into the Tournament section.
5.3 HOW GOALS ARE AWARDED
Goals are awarded when specific scoring thresholds are reached by the team.
The thresholds for awarding goals are as follows:
1st goal → 10,000 points
2nd goal → 15,000 points
3rd goal → 25,000 points
4th goal → 50,000 points
5th goal → 100,000 points
6th goal → 200,000 points
7th goal → 500,000 points
8th goal → 1,000,000 points
Each team will accumulate goals as they reach these score thresholds during the competition.
At the end of the game, the team with the most goals will be declared the winner and will earn three points in the standings; in the case of a draw, both teams will receive one point, and in the case of a loss, the losing team will receive no points.
6. TEAM AND USER AWARDS
6.1 AWARD DISTRIBUTION
Premium Fantasy Football Account:
No. 30 Fantasy Football Premium Accounts will be recognised, allocated through a draw one for each of the first 30 days of the tournament. The draw will take place among the players who have been awarded Best Player.
Final prize of the tournament:
The final prize of the tournament, drawn among the 11 Best Players of the fanta MUV tournament, consists of a Decathlon Voucher worth €300, valid for the purchase of all products available on their website.
6.2 FOOTBALL SHIRT RECOGNITION
The choice of shirt fantasy will be made through a survey conducted by MUV, using its official communication channels. The poll will be made available for a specified period of time, during which participants and fans will be able to express their preferences on the fantasy of football shirts. Each participant will only have the right to vote once in the poll. The winning football shirt fantasy will be determined based on the results of the poll at the end of the voting period. In the event that the winning football shirt fantasy is not available, the organising committee reserves the right to choose an alternative fantasy of equal value and quality.
7. GUARANTEES AND OBLIGATIONS
The collection of names on the web for participation in the competition and the mechanism for the attribution and automatic counting of points will take place using computer software.
In the event of blatant and detectable attempts at fraud and false and inaccurate declarations, the Promoter reserves the right to carry out the immediate cancellation of the user or of those votes deemed to have been acquired in an invalid form and/or not in compliance with the regulations.
Users who, according to the unquestionable judgement of the Promoter Company or of third parties appointed by the same, participate with means and instruments capable of eluding randomness, or in any case judged to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of the normal course of the initiative, will be excluded from participation and will not be able to enjoy any prize won. Points received through the use of software judged in any case suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of the rules of the game, if identified or considered as such with the means and knowledge available to the managing software house, will be annulled and the ranking will be restored on the basis of the remaining data not annulled.
Therefore, the Promoter, or third parties commissioned by the Promoter, reserve the right to proceed, with respect to all participants and under the terms deemed most appropriate (which include, if deemed necessary, the request of an identity document) and in accordance with the laws in force.
If, following checks, it is found that points obtained in a fraudulent manner have benefited a specific participant, regardless of the ranking formed following their elimination, the Promoter reserves the right to proceed with the disqualification of that participant.
8. PRIVACY
In order to allow the game to take place, it is necessary to collect and process information relating to the tracking of trips made via the app, and the results of the game. The player’s personal data will be processed in full compliance with the current privacy regulations of the p
