4.2 LIST Cup Tournament
The selected Team takes part in the Tournament, which consists of three phases:
A free ranking phase in which team members will use the MUV app to collect points independently, thus contributing to their team’s score;
A series of direct 1vs1 matches between all Teams in the competition;
A final phase in which the best 4 Teams from the previous phase take part in knockout matches (semifinals and final).
The points of each Team are obtained by the sum of the points scored by the best 3 players plus the average of the remaining players.
At the end of the competition, the title of most sustainable Team is awarded to the one who, after reaching the final, wins the last scheduled match.
4.3 How to score points for the community
The “Play” feature relevant to the game is the tracking of a trip in progress. The travel tracking feature is used exclusively for game purposes to validate the travel choice made by the player and for possible statistical and research purposes. In this sense, it is essential that the player, in order to proceed in the game, has activated the geo-location function on his mobile device.
The tracking of trips on foot, by bicycle, bus or train is done as follows:
Click “PLAY” on the app and select the mode of travel you want to track: “walking”, “bike”, “electric scooter”, “public transportation”, “e-bike”, “electric/hybrid car”, “electric motorbike”. The app will start tracking the travel, saving some useful information for the validation of the itinerary;
During the travel it is possible to change the tracking mode by selecting the icon related to a different means of transport;
At the end of the route, after selecting “STOP”, it will be possible to view the details of the trip and check how many points have been assigned.With each route completed, the player earns points.
The points acquisition modes are as follows:
The player scores a number of points proportional to the distance travelled in the modes described above, measured according to the route traced via the app.
There are bonuses that proportionally increase the number of points collected according to the time of the route, weather conditions, altitude variation, and presence of MUV Places.
The player can check its status in the game by accessing the Tournament section.The points collected by the players playing for the same community constitute the community score in the following way:
The sum of the points of the best 3 players who collected the most points is added to the average score of all the other players.The average score of all other players is subject to bonuses depending on the number of players supporting the community:
+5% → 20 players
+10% → 40 players
+15% → 80 players
+20% → 150 players
+25% → 300 players
+30% → 600 players
+35% → 1200 players
+40% → 2400 players
+45% → 4800 players
+50% → 9600 playersAt the end of the game, the community with the most points will win the game.
